In 1999 I first got my hands on a development shop. Over a period of two and a half years we applied a blend of RUP, DSDM and Prince, and a real focus on people and improvement, to create a highly effective organisation, with a superb track record of delivery.
As application development group manager for ioko365 I sponsored the companiy’s first XP project.
At William Hill, we re-built the internal development function after an attempt to off-shore failed, introducing a combination of RUP and Scrum.
Recently at moneysupermarket.com, we have helped refine the development processes, align them to real needs of the organisation, and helped educate the full product development community on the core principles of Agile and Lean.
We are always open to new approaches and ways of thinking, and have the experience to sort the wheat from the chaff.
